Shopkeeper in Varanasi offers free lemons, petrol for purchasing mobile accessories

The advertisement board of the shopkeeper does not specify any kind of mobile accessories to get the free lemon and petrol. 

New Delhi: The prices of lemons and petrol are skyrocketing in India. However, a shopkeeper in Varanasi is using the hike in the prices to attract more customers to the shop. The shopkeeper is offering free lemons on the purchase of mobile accessories

Shopkeeper also claims to give free petrol

Reportedly, many people are coming to the shop to check the deal. According to the media reports, the shopkeeper is also offering free petrol on buying mobile accessories. However, there is a condition on the offer that one has to buy mobile accessories worth Rs 10,000.

The advertisement board of the shopkeeper does not specify any kind of mobile accessories to get the free lemon and petrol.

It is estimated that mobile accessories include chargers, earphones, screen guards, and others.

Lemon and petrol price

The prices of lemon in Delhi NCR reached Rs 350 per kg. If we look at the prices of petrol prices, petrol prices have crossed the mark of Rs 100 in almost every state.

Owing to the rise in petrol prices, cab services Uber and Ola also increased the prices of cabs, autos, and also bikes. This is causing an extra burden on many people.

In Delhi, unions of auto and taxi also protested to reduce the price of fuels.

The protest was organised on Monday. The one-day strike was held to warn the central government that if no action is taken in the next 25 days, then the total food chain of Delhi including tempos and trucks after 25 days, according to the President of Rajdhani Parivahan Panchayat.
