New Delhi: In yet another twist in BJP leader and actor Sonali Phogat death case, the Goa Police today said one of the accused had forcefully made her consume a substance which could have led to her death.
This comes a day after the autopsy report revealed about the blunt force injury on her body.
Goa IGP said today that accused Sukhwinder Singh & Sudhir Sangwan confessed they intentionally mixed obnoxious chemical into a liquid & made her drink it.
Both the accused in Sonali Phogat’s death case has been arrested.
He said further investigation into this matter is underway and the accused will be sent with a team to various locations to get further evidence.

Sonali Phogat Post Mortem Report:
On Thursday (August 25), the brother of the deceased actor and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Sonali Phogat claimed that her post-mortem report showed injury marks on her body.
Meanwhile, the Goa Police said there were no sharp-edged injuries found on the body of the actor.
On Wednesday, both the accused were named as suspect by Sonali Phogat’s brother Rinku Dhaka in his complaint filed with the Anjuna police. The two accused identified as Sagwan and Wasi had accompanied her when she arrived in Goa on August 22.
