TRP case: Bombay HC directs Mumbai police to give 3-day prior notice to Republic TV Editor Arnab Goswami in case of arrest

New Delhi: The Bombay High Court on Wednesday directed Mumbai police to give three days prior notice to Republic TV Editor Arnab Goswami if he needs to be arrested in the TRP scam case.

The Bench headed by Justice SS Shinde also ordered that the probe against Republic TV should be completed within 12 weeks.
