New Delhi: Lucknow Commissioner Roshan Jacob today inspected the waterlogging issues after heavy rain lashes city from the area surrounding Engineering College, Jankipuram & riverfront colony.
The video of IAS Roshan Jacob inspecting the area has now gone viral on social media and people are appreciating her effort.
She also directed the Lucknow Municipal Corporation to make necessary arrangements to clear the flooded streets.
In the video, she can be seen submerged till knee and inspecting a marooned locality in the city. She also interacted with the local who are affected due to heavy rain in the area.

Earlier today, nine people were killed after a wall collapsed due to heavy rain in Lucknow’s Dilkusha under Cantt.
This not the first time that IAS officer Roshan Jacob is winning hearts online, during the covid pandemic she was appreciated for all her effort to control the spread of covid19 virus in the city and taking all the necessary precautions.
Jacob was appointed as the DM in charge for COVID-19 management in 2021.
