New Delhi: Elvish Yadav, the YouTuber with huge fan base, was on Friday booked by Noida police for alleged possession of supply of snake venom at rave party. An FIR was lodged against the YouTuber in connection with rave party at Noida’s Sector 49.
Noida Police have also recovered 5 cobra snakes & snake venom from the rave party venue, after conducting raids allegedly based on a tip-off. More than 5 persons namely Rahul, Narayan, Titunath, Ravinath, and Jaikaran have been arrested while the YouTuber has been named as an accused in venom supply case.
The YouTuber, who is also the winner of Bigg Boss OTT 2, is set to find himself in the clutches of law after recovery of banned snake poison from his custody. The police claimed that Yadav was hosting rave parties for foreign nationals and also supplying poisonous snakes & venom for these parties.
The FIR was lodged against him under provisions of Wildlife (Protection) Act for partying at a banquet hall, with snake venom in circulation.
As the news created flutter on social media, the YouTuber took to X and denied all the charges. Issuing a clarification over a viral video of him holding a poisonous snake, he informed that this was from a music video and not real.

He also showed his willingness to co-operate with the investigation agencies and also urged the media to stick to facts and refrain from reporting on gossips.

Apart from YouTube, he is also an entrepreneur in clothing business. His clothing brand Systumm Clothing, has been well received by his wide fan base.
Elvish’s controversies in the past?
This isn’t the first instance of Elvish Yadav landing into controversy. In year 2020, his tweet generated a wave. It said, “Ghar me ek bartan dhone wale ki zarurat hai. Salman Khan ke fans k liye employment hum create kardenge. Aajaoo salary bhi milegi (sic).”
In February this year, a video of flower pot theft went viral and many users found it to be associated with the Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner. Many claimed that the luxury car that was used in flower pot theft looked like that of YouTube Yadav.
