Masrat Alam is currently imprisoned in Delhi’s Tihar jail since 2019. The 50 year old fundamentalist has been involved in multiple incidents of instigating valley youths in terror activities.

In 2015, he was nabbed by state police for raising Pakistani flags & chanting anti-India slogans.
