On May 8, 2023, the authority published the notice of allotment of plots for petrol pump plots through e-auction under the scheme CFS- 04-2023. A total of 4 plots were included in the e-auction of which one plot number FS-04, with an area of 1600 square meters, located in Sector-28, received applications.
On Tuesday, through a transparent e-auction process conducted at the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority, this plot was successfully allotted. The total bid price was approximately 8.65 crores. In comparison to the bid prize, the authority earned a revenue of 11.71 crores, which is 3.06 crores more than the bid prize. Once the projects become operational, approximately 50 people will get employment. This plot was received by M/S Karni Apparels and Accessories.
