Zomato, the leading food delivery platform, on Monday sought to re-write the business of providing food at doorsteps by announcing 10-minute Instant delivery service but within hours, the company has come under severe scrutiny and is receiving flak from users.

Many activists, citizens & ever users of the online delivery platform have taken objection to Zomato’s 10-minute plan and are lashing out at the stupid & foolish marketing strategy.

Most of the users have raised concerns about road safety, company’s own employees & the chaos at the red light that will occur, if Zomato proceeds with this business idea.

Suhel Seth, a leading voice of the country termed Zomato’s plan a stupid marketing idea which will jeopardize the lives of its own people who will be out for delivery. He also came down heavily on the ‘advisors & masterminds’ of this marketing idea.

Other users too raised an alarm over the menace that it will create on the streets as Zomato employees will be bound to violate traffic rules & indulge in reckless driving.

In its broad roadmap for Instant service, Zomato invoked the idea of ‘cloud kitchen’ for swift service to its clients but people have found reasons to puncture its claims.

“Which fresh & delicious food can be prepared, packed & delivered from any kitchen,” a user asked. It’s not even possible in own kitchen.
