90’s popular items which are not found these days

New Delhi: ’90s were the calmest and most chilling period. Whenever we think of this period we get nostalgia for that period. That era introduced us to many good singers who gave us good songs, some amazing movies, and games.

Those memories keep hitting us back. From making calls through a landline to watching movies on Floppy or CD we all grew up.

Here is the list of the things which is no longer available to us:

 

1. Yellow pages: Yellow pages were telephonic diaries which were organised alphabetically. Yellow pages were printed on yellow paper, the aim was to oppose the white pages. Now traditional yellow page is now also applied to online directories of businesses. 

2. STD ISD PCO: Subscriber Trunk Dialling ISD is International Subscriber Dialling PCO is Public Call Office. Earlier at every public place, STD ISD PCO was installed and 1 Rs was charged for making calls. soon digital India came into the market and the business market of  public booths came to end. Today when we lose a phone in some or the other way we definitely miss public booths. 

3. Floppy desk: Floppy desk reads all the information also known as a floppy diskette, as times evolved pen drive came.
