Founder of Plasma NCR Adnan Shah Collaborates With Indian Army To Organise Medical Camp – Details Inside

The top-notch doctors from the renowned hospitals in the national capital, samaritans from civil society(Plasma NCR), philanthropists and regional doctors rendered their invaluable service to the masses in Kupwara District.

Philanthropist and the founder of Plasma NCR Adnan Shah recently organised a free medical camp for the people of Drugmulla block at Muqamshah-E-Wali Park in Kashmir. He coordinated with the Indian Army to organise the event and it was a grand success.

The top-notch doctors from the renowned hospitals in the national capital, samaritans from civil society(Plasma NCR), philanthropists and regional doctors rendered their invaluable service to the masses in Kupwara District.

The medical camp was graced by the team of eleven civil & military doctors who offered their medical advice to the needy purely for the charitable cause in Drugmulla block.

The Medical Camp witnessed a huge turnout of 762 needy people (524 -Male,177-Female and 61-Children) who were offered medical consultation, prescription for the ailment and were distributed medicines free of cost by the specialist doctors.

The doctors also informed the residents about COVID appropriate behaviour in view of the prevalent pandemic. Moreover, masks and sanitisers were distributed to all present. Free wheelchairs were given to four disabled persons of the block to encourage and doctors encouraged them to seek help as and when needed.

Adnan said, “The larger aim of Medical Camp was to provide an opportunity to the local population to seek best of the medical advice for their ailments which otherwise is unavailable owing to the remoteness of the block. It also aimed at establishing a link between the doctors and the subjects for 24×7 teleconsultations for posterity.”

The event was equally reassuring for doctors and patients. It proved to be a platform that brought the concern of the Indian Army for Kashmir natives to the fore.
