New Delhi: Every day is different. You could feel completely defeated on some days about accepting new tasks. And other days can be incredibly dull and tedious. You may, however, develop one healthy practise that will help you feel refreshed every day! Your daily problems can be solved by using body tapping. It is a traditional alternative medicine that heals by balancing the body’s energy flow.
By tapping on all the various regions of the body, body tapping helps the body feel renewed and releases the blocked and stagnant energies. If you’re looking for a quick fix routine to improve your mood and make your day better, try this hack.
Describe bodily tapping:
A form of acupressure known as tapping works on the numerous meridians, each of which has specific places on the body, to maintain appropriate energy flow and restore balance. Certain body parts are stimulated in order to encourage the flow of energy. It entails much more than just physical activity. Tanya Luthra, a yoga instructor and wellness coach, was contacted by Health Shots to explain body tapping and its advantages.
How do you do it?
The body is given a sense of renewal and the blocked and congested energy is released by tapping on all the different parts of the body. The fact that this type of exercise helps remove obstructions that hinder the body’s stagnant energy from moving freely, which can enhance mental clarity and emotional balance, makes it even more delightful.
For the bulk of the approaches, there are seated positions as well as standing positions.
How do you do it?
This exercise can be done on its own to increase your energy. One of the main energy-working routes is the palms. A good approach to start the body moving is to shake it. The body must first be stimulated in order to release more energy, which can then move through the body in the flowing meridians.
1. Shake your wrists while allowing your hands to dangle freely and pointing your palms inward.
2. Freely wave your hands back and forth for around 30 seconds. The next 30 seconds should be spent with the palms of the hands facing the floor.
3. Begin shaking your arms and bending and straightening your legs as you land on the ground.
4. Relax into your lower belly, neck, hip joints, and neck as you shake your body. Don’t keep these spaces stiff.
