New Delhi: As India faced crushing & humiliating defeat at the hands of England in T20 semi-final, scores of disappointed cricket fans took to Twitter to share grief and pain. They expressed their angst and sadness with mournful memes, with many featuring top cricketers.
India lost to England in the semi-final of T20 World Cup by 10 wickets. India has now crashed out of the game and now final encounter will take place between England & Pakistan on Sunday at Melbourne Cricket Ground.
Taking to batting first, Team India set a modest target of 169 runs but failed to stop the English team from chasing target. England chased down the target in just 16 overs. The opening pair of Butler & Hales did the work in just 16 overs.
As England handed over humiliating defeat to India, it shattered the dreams of not just Indian but also Pakistani fans as all were looking forward to a summit clash between the arch rivals.
