New Delhi: Indian skipper Rohit Sharma and his wife Ritika Sajdeh have been blessed with a second child, a baby boy ahead of the Border Gavaskar trophy 2024/25. Earlier, the Indian skipper had decided to postpone his travel plans to Australia due to this reason. According to reports, the Indian skipper will not be travelling to Perth for the first test which is set to start from November 22.

During the pre-departure press conference, India head coach Gautam Gambhir stated that there’s still no official confirmation regarding Rohit’s absence.

Rohit and Ritika are already parents to daughter Samaira, who will be turning six on December 30.
