New Delhi: The UPSC Civil Service Final Result 2019 has been declared today and Pradeep Singh topped the IAS 2019, while Pratibha Verma topped among women candidates.
However, in a hilarious coincidence, a candidate named Rahul Modi, has bagged 420 rank. Roll number 6312980 possesses two biggest political rival leaders in India, in his name has left everyone amazed.

Since IAS, IPS, and IFS posts are given to candidates with higher ranks, Rahul Modi will likely make it to Central Services Group given his rank.
The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) announced the results for the Civil Services Exam 2019. A total of 829 candidates qualified.
These selected candidates will be appointed to Indian Administrative Service, Indian Foreign Service, Indian Police Service and Central Services, Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’.
Pradeep Singh topped the examinations followed by Jatin Kishore and Pratibha Verma. The candidature of 66 recommended candidates is “provisional” while the result of 11 candidates has been kept “withheld”, stated the press note issued by the Press Information Burea (PIB).
The final UPSC 2019 result is based on the written portion of the Civil Services exam 2019 which was held in September last year followed by the interviews and personality tests in February-August 2020.
The EWS quota was implemented for the first time in the UPSC Civil Services 2019 and 78 candidates have been selected from among them.
