New Delhi: Acclaimed Indian actor-comedian Varun Grover made his directorial debut in the film industry with his 2023 release movie titled All India Rank.
The Comedy drama, starring Bodhisattva Sharma and Samta Sudiksha amongst others in the leading roles, is now arriving on Netflix from 19 April 2024 onwards, allowing fans to watch it comfortably from their homes.

Directed and written by Varun Grover himself, All India Rank had its first screening at the prestigious International Film Festival of Rotterdam (IFFR) on February 4, 2023.
A year later, the flicker also hit the big screen on February 23, 2024, and received mostly positive reactions from fans and critics.
While many hailed it as a must-watch, others lauded its makers for involving a near-perfect blend of humor, emotions, & realism in the flicker & beautifully portraying an engaging tale simultaneously.
Now, with Netflix all set to stream All India Rank on its digital platform, it will be interesting to see if the drama-comedy manages to mesmerize the digital audience by keeping them glued to their screens till credit rolls or not.
All India Rank Plot
Set in the last few preceding years of second Millinioum’s end, All India Rank, makes the viewers see the world from the eyes of a 17-year-old rookie middle-class boy Vivek who arrives in the unforgiving city of Kota to receive coaching for clearing the extremely tough IIT JEE entrance exams.
Besides the mounting studies, the young guy’s shoulders are also burdened by the hopes of his parents (Played by Geeta Agarwal Sharma and Shashi Bhushan) who can’t afford to see their sole son fail in his life.
How Vivek rises to the challenges & faces all the difficulties while learning life-changing lessons in the process is the main plot of the movie.
