New Delhi: Season 4 of the highly anticipated family comedy-drama Trying has been returning to captivate viewers. On May 22, Apple TV+ will release Trying Season 4, the latest instalment of the critically acclaimed British comedy series.
With the arrival of their young kids, lovable couple Jason and Nikki will face more obstacles in their journey as parents. So, Trying is back for another round of exploring the ups and downs of parenthood. In the new trailer, we see them dealing with new challenges as they raise adopted children.
Nikki and Jason built the family of their dreams, but they’re about to take on the biggest obstacle — teenagers.

Plot
Since Jason and Nikki were unable to conceive naturally, they made the difficult decision to adopt a child. All they wanted was a kid. With their two children, Princess and Tyler, Nikki and Jason have become experienced adoptive parents. Princess, now an adolescent, begins to yearn for a connection with her biological mother, which is sure to bring new challenges to the couple. At the same time, Tyler becomes known for getting into fights at school and quickly loses friends.
They have gone through a lot on the road to parenting, from adoption to infertility. The ultimate test of parental difficulty has now been thrown at Nikki and Jason. No matter how much they try, parenting remains an overwhelming task for them. It is more and more difficult to balance family obligations with personal demands. But they never waver in their commitment to help their children weather the storms of life.
When and Where to Watch?
On Wednesday, May 22, 2024, Apple TV+ will begin Trying Season 4.
The upcoming season will consist of eight episodes, similar to the previous instalments, with the premiere including the first two episodes. After that, the series will air weekly until July 3, 2024, with a new episode dropping on Wednesdays.

Cast and Crew
In the coming season, Esther Smith will play Nikki again, while Rafe Spall will return as Jason. But because of the time jump, the kids are grown now. Cooper Turner plays the part of Tyler, while Scarlett Rayner plays the part of the princess. Karen, Sian Brooke, and Darren Boyd will all be returning as well.
Season 4 of the series was created and produced by Andy Wolton. Andy Wolton, Sam Pinnell, Josh Cole, and Chirss Sussman are the people behind the show’s executive production.
