The reflective aspect of your spiritual consciousness from the chamber of the heart instals in you a very progressive energy of knowing, that seems like a shining spot light on the soul retrieval . You are found and today you will begin to know the new you. Get ready to accept who you have become.

Connected to the roots of the golden tree and the fruits and gems hidden in the golden foliage, you once again connect to the twinkling butterfly blue energies pouring out of the spinal cord. There is a hidden message in this meditation for you. What do you feel? What do you sense? There is something in your heart, something that has a golden shine, can you see this part of yourself? So, now you are in your heart, right down in the deepest chambers of your heart. See a filament of silver light flowing from your heart to your spinal cord, and then straight into Mother Earth. You are completing the divine circle of the heart and resting in a sun like golden ball of light at the top of your head, your crown chakra open and surrounded by a golden hue. Through this golden hue, you can see the real purpose of your life. Take a sheet of paper and record five things that you perceive, imagine, hear, recognise or just intuitively understand. You are sufficiently healed to move beyond. Healing hugs of sufficiency. Love from the chamber of the inner heart.
