The best medicine is to speak the truth, which is sweet and lovely. You should not speak anything that is bitter or unpleasant. When we ingest any medicine we need to seek its intervention on the health of our body. It always comes with our attitude. As a prudent and experienced person, we should deeply ponder over the valuable ingredients in the medicines and vitamins. We should not speak any harsh words, they should not cause any annoyance, bitterness, irritation or tension to the hearers. (remember that you are also one of the people hearing.) So, always be truthful, agreeable, pleasant and beneficial. Always bringing calmness to the self and others. Spiritually speaking, the best use of the sense organ of swallowing, speaking lies in conversing and enlightening, liberating you from the bondage. Move to a state of great health. Save your valuable energy and time by experiencing wellness. Healing hugs of gratitude to the medicines. Love to the vitamins in the cosmos.
