The case of identity with the phone in today’s world is natura , that everyone has cultivated love for the instrument which has progressively become their true identity. Realise that your life and the spirit of the phone has taken you over. The ultimate realisation that you have to accept, is that your individual self is not integrated with society as much as with the instrument that communicates with them. This leads to the identity of interest. I have seen people more interested in their phone than with the people around them. Whenever a person has reached the height of letting go of their phone for even one day, in its very mature nature, the persons spiritual nature has a chance to shine through. Heal your attachment and remain in balance. Healing hugs of protection. Love from a spiritual connection.
