Anger, fear, disgust, happiness, sadness, surprise and contempt follow us in our daily thoughts and patterns. We must stop ourselves from getting entangled in this quagmire of emotions and change the inner space of the heart to create a loving disposition. Safely and securely we must move forward with our personal environment allowing us to achieve happiness. Being emotionally connected to others we must love, give affection and share the light of healing. One of the most common fictions is that we cannot control or have a choice in how we feel. To feel love, respect and appreciation with a willingness to share with others is a safe haven for most of us. Stay in this realm and heal all. Healing hugs of connectedness.
