Meditate on an emotion
Hate
It is a strong emotion that impels the individual to dislike and then turn that dislike into a stronger emotion which is to harm the other. When we allow hate to grow in our heart and mind we are actually entering that space of darkness that we do not want to admit even to ourselves that it actually exists within us. The experience of any emotion is actually when the body, the heart and the brain are in concert and creating new pieces of music. Our heart is always in a two way dialogue with the brain, thus the erratic heart rhythm always creates different feedback and leaves us feeling emotions that we do not want to feel. Healing this heart is the most important work that a healer undertakes. Our heart has the potential to encode, store and retrieve memories. So heal all diligently. Healing hugs from all memory. Love from the quality of heart and light.
