The oceans raged, the mountains shook and the atmosphere was filled with the wonder of Her form.

Lord Shiva saw her in every direction, he tried to leave but she stopped Him to show Him that She was also the mother of the Universe.
First of all she took the form of Kali. Her form was fearful, Her hair untied and loose. Her body the colour of a dark cloud. She stood on a corpse and wore a garland of skulls. In one hand she has a sword and in the other a skull. She gave blessings from her third hand and gives freedom from fear from her fourth hand. She roared and the ten directions were filled with that ferocious sound. She is beyond time and takes away the darkness and fills us with the light of wisdom. Healing hugs of great insight. Love from the roar.
