Meditation-2

The next ten meditations are going to help you connect to a new source, as yet undiscovered , where there is a great space of unlimited light. Some new energies of consolidating strength will take you to the heart of happiness. Your soul consciousness awakening to unfold only joy.

Connect to the tree exploding in your energy body. The branches moving upwards and the roots going through your feet into the centre of Mother Earth. Connect to your roots wrapping themselves around the heart chakra of Mother Earth. See the branches and leaves becoming strong and happy with the golden light pouring in from Heaven above. When you are ready see your leaves and branches pulling in the light from the Sun and the Moon. See the light moving into you with each breath. Feel the energy of this light pouring into you and begin breathing it down through the leaves and branches to the centre of your head, into the centre of your crown chakra. Now on the next in breath you see this energy mingling and dancing and shining with the Earth energies coming in through the roots, draw them in, see them mix, allow them to remain. Let the energies of Earth and Heaven dance around each other like a double helix. Travelling up and down the spine, see the Earth energy moving up and the Sky energy down in this spiral dance. If you feel any electrical impulses, just connect and enjoy. Allow the dance of Earth and Sky enliven and regenerate your inner psychic inner self. Be in this moment. Healing hugs of great impulse. Love from the spinal nerve dance of light.
