We then over the years become perfectly trained and we let go of all negative emotions without even trying and spontaneously heal all. With time, with patience, with devotion, with discipline and with the attitude of gratitude, we all heal at a deeper level and move ahead to connect to joy, to bliss, to happiness and essential clarity.
