My priority healing chart.
As the whole body looks like it is just fine, there are things within this body that project that we are doing something wrong that needs healing and rectification . Let’s begin to investigate. Let’s begin to heal with love and care. Take a moment to surrender to the light of inner love, see the shining light, create a matrix of deep heavenly light that illuminates and know that there is no barrier between you and the light. Healing hugs of deep freedom from all pain. Love from the centre of the mandala of love and light.

The final cleanse:
Take a whole lemon and roll it on your body, starting from the top of the head and roll it all the way down to the soles of your feet. This process should take three minutes. Then cut the lemon in half and throw in the dustbin.
Heals the 33 chakras.
