My priority healing chart:
Recently I have been interacting with lots of my students who often ask me about why the world and the people they love are suffering in this time of the pandemic. Their relative’s suffering has the power to disturb them, as even though they want to help, they are unable to do it. We have all known the sad frustration of not being able to share, give, provide what the other needs. Healing connections allow us to channel the light, to find love and compassion in the heart, and send out healing to those who are suffering to strengthen them. We can help others, truly nourish their soul, strengthen their mind, fill their body with power and with a joyful heart, purify the mind. In this moment of the purified mind, unlocking the flow of the light and connected to the energies of wisdom and compassion; people begin to make better decisions. We all have the power to transform the situation to find the self and unlock the new destiny. Healing hugs of giving and receiving. Love to transform all to compassion.

The final cleanse:
Take four teaspoons of yoghurt and use as body scrub before shower or bath (can be done on any day) This heals the body, mind, heart and soul togetherness.
