My priority healing chart.
When we open ourselves to the suffering of others, our heart opens. We heal and we know that the receptive processes of our senses, connected to our compassionate heart receive the healing and transmit the light. This process allows us to reveal the radiance of the healing light, healing the root of all pain and negative energies. As we continue on our life journey, healing everything that we touch, see, hear, smell, and taste; we become extremely learned and accomplished in many different forms of healing. The vast and expansive universe then invites us to heal more and more. Living in the light of supreme oneness, we get connected to the heart of deep contemplation, contentment and compassion. We are grateful towards all those who inspire us to heal. We begin to heal all. Healing hugs to generate compassion. Love to enhance the miraculous power of compassion.

The final cleanse:
Take a fist full of sugar and a fist full of flour, mix it together and sprinkle it under a tree. Do this before sunset.
This heals the five senses (eyes, ears, nose, mouth and skin) and gives us the ability to stay positive in all life experiences.
