My priority healing chart:
There are two ways to heal, mentally directing the healing or channelling it directly from the heart. The first way is to speak internally to the Divine Grace and the second is to have the Divine Grace speak to us, invoking gratitude under the umbrella of deep compassion. From the depth of the heart, know that all your thoughts, words, deeds bring happiness and benefit to those whose lives you touch with the light. Helping to transform even those who have become mere bystanders. Know that all your positive actions, and your spiritual healing come together for the welfare of others, especially bringing enlightenment for all. Healing hugs of universal responsibility. Love to inculcate a strong sense of confidence and determination.

The final cleanse:
Fill a glass bottle with water and offer it to a thirsty person or pour it at the root of a tree. Quenching the thirst of another ; leaves one fulfilled and relieved of negative karma.
The kundalini chakra is fully filled with the golden light.
