Prayer and invocation transform the atmosphere of our mind and our heart, and we adventure forth to create our positive destiny. Our hearts are hardened by self hatred and guilt and great difficulties with anger and blame, yet we can immediately connect to the sweetness through the process of healing. This simple act of healing the self and others brings us unsuspected strength and stability to continue in contentment with our heart desires. Healing hugs of remembering and seeing the good. Love from a gentle and meditative loving heart.
