Message of the Day – By Renooji 25.02.2021 Meditation Reflect on the space between your in breath and your out breath. Just meditate on the sound of “OM” and continue to heal. Balanced within your breath is a subtle energy of great strength and advancement that most of us leave dormant in the inner chambers of our heart. This creative energy resonates and we begin to listen to the sound of “OM” and create harmonics of new vibrations that become golden rings of light around our heart( at the centre of our chest) chakra. When we think of these rings of light, we can by willing and planning; send them across time and space to new destinations. Let us choose three people, three places and three events of our past or future; and send these healing rings of light to those people, places or events. Just continue to feel your heart full of love and healing the self, leave the rest to the light. Healing hugs from larger dimensions of light. Love from the centre of the golden rings. Renooji.
