The contemplative inner heart is releasing the desires that can cascade to effect the choices we make , moment to moment , and in the process change our destiny permanently.
Sometimes all it takes to brighten up someone’s day is to smile, speak a kind word or just touch them with the healing effect. Even if you don’t get credit for changing some one’s life, it does not mean that you did not. Every relationship has more meaning than we give it credit. People impact our life, it is not just a simple dinner, just a chance meeting,allow yourself to recognise the sacredness of it also. It is priceless , when one can stay in the moment , live in generosity, share magnanimously and preserve the shared moments with respect and honour. Accepting the circle of life, heal on and know that each one heals collectively and all heals simultaneously . Healing hugs of deep respect. Love from the centre of silence.
