As we lie on the ground and gaze up at the sky, or watch the breeze touching the leaves or even when we let our mind invade into the spaciousness of the ocean and sky, we know that the spontaneous healing in nature is reaching out to give us an healing embrace and is truly hugging us. Celebrate as you see the beauty of the moon’s light on the lake or of an early morning sun rising. Know that each of these is sitting as a pristine memory in your heart to be shared. Continue to be a strong person with determination and know that everything is an invitation to meditation. Everything is being healed in the silence of the heart. Rejoice and see the world around you dancing and joyful. Healing hugs full of your nature. Love to restore the light of respect and gratitude. Renooji.
