Visualise that all the enlightened beings are in the sky above you and on the ground around you. Showering, shining and spreading their golden ribbons of light. Full of the compassionate energies of togetherness and deep love, the light flows towards you full of support, strength, healing grace and happiness. In this majestic presence of the gold and purple light, say what you want to say, or ask for, especially that which you desire from your heart and your mind. Visualise that all the enlightened beings are looking at you with love and tenderness, and a greater surge of love and understanding spreads in your world in the now. Allow your heart to open and know that you are lovable and all is healed in the heart for all. Healing hugs of complete healing. Love from a new relationship between you and your heart.
