Meditation
When we meditate deeply on our contribution of love to people in this world, we begin to meditate deeply on compassion.
Our first response as healers, when we see someone suffering is to connect to the reservoir of healing consciousness and compassion in our heart with a willingness to share. Today, connect to all you want to heal, and show respect and gratitude to the event, situation, place or person and know that you are simultaneously blessed and healing. Know that when someone inspires you to heal and connect to compassion in your heart, the person is actually giving you the greatest gift as they are helping you develop the essential quality of compassion that takes you eventually to enlightenment and liberation. Grow this quality of healing to augment your heart desires and know that you are automatically connected to grace which will enlighten you forever. Healing hugs of knowing that all beings are similar. Love from the heart of compassion.
