Message of the Day – By Renooji Peace from anxiety! Meditation. When people begin to start their spiritual journey, especially when they come forward for the first time, they wonder why they need an authentic teacher or Guru to lead them to the path of spiritual enlightenment. They convert all their anxieties into a ball of fear and expect that the solutions to all their problems will manifest in the next ten minutes; after they meet the Guru. This is possible, absolutely, but their thoughts and ideas burn a hole in their good fortune bag and much of what the Guru instantly gifts them, they do not have the wisdom to hold on to; nor do they have sufficient intelligence to see the miracles manifest. They drop the seeds of good fortune on their way home, showing disrespect, discontentment, dishonour and detailed discussions on what could have been better and better. This behaviour inflicts their inner heart with anxiety and all peace is lost. Therefore I say, honour everyone; as we know little about who is the real Guru. Healing hugs of the grandeur within. Love from the solitude of silence. Repeat five times. Take five steps away from your home, then return, repeat this five times, and then sit in five different places in your home, chanting “peace and joy is here” x five times at each place.
