Mindfully Meditative!
The light body, our aura holds vibrational frequencies of joy and ecstasy for a minimum of up to three years and reflects it into our chakras . Sometimes old memories trigger sudden feelings and we begin to experience those emotions and emotional experiences in a real way in the moment. These episodes of memories of lifetimes are carried in our auras over lifetimes. The light body can stay activated over lifetimes and can easily lead us to enlightenment. The final frontier is to glow in the rainbow body, and heal with it, knowing that the light frequencies are harmonised and giving us strength to share the strength of spiritual consciousness with one and all. The strength of our light body is the essence of true love . Unconditionally loving and sharing the light takes us to new frontiers of understanding and compassion. Our breath filled with love is the true power that we can share with the world in complete awareness. Love gives us the power to heal the self, and heal all the others. Stay and share alike. Healing hugs of ecstatic vibrations. Love from the heart of happiness and joy, forgiving all.
