Delhi likely to report around 10,000 COVID infections today, with daily positivity rate rising to nearly 10 pc: Satyendar Jain

New Delhi: Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain on Wednesday said that the national capital is likely to report around 10,000 COVID infections today, with the daily positivity rate rising to nearly 10%.

Meanwhile, over 58,097 new COVID cases has been reported in India in the last 24 hours taking daily positivity rate is at 4.18 per cent.

Over 2,135 Omicron variant cases have been detected in India, of which 828 have recovered, said Health Ministry.

Maharashtra with 653 Omicron cases and Delhi with 464 respectively.
