India reports 1,65,553 new COVID19 cases and 3,460 deaths in last 24 hrs

New Delhi: India reported 1,65,553 new COVID19 cases, 2,76,309 discharges & 3,460 deaths in last 24 hrs, as per Health Ministry.

The cumulative caseload in India now stands at 2,78,94,800  including 21,14,508 active cases. The death toll mounted to 3,25,972, while the recovery tally reached 2,54,54,320.

Meanwhile, a total of 34,31,83,748 samples have been tested up to May 29 with 20,63,839 samples tested yesterday, said Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR).
