Mona Kejariwal’s book ‘Handbook for Kitchen Herbs’ unveiled by Aaditya Thackeray

The ‘Handbook for Kitchen herbs’ has been published by Lenin Media and has already started grabbing many eyeballs, owing to its subject.

New Delhi: To spread awareness on the importance of Ayurveda and herbs in daily lives, Dr Mona Kejariwal has penned a book ‘Handbook for Kitchen herbs’. The book was unveiled by Aaditya Thackeray, Maharashtra’s Environment & Tourism minister on Sunday.

The book inauguration event saw presence of many eminent personalities including Anil Harish, Trustee and Immediate Past President of the HSNC Board, Dr Niranjan Hiranandani, Provost HSNC University, Trustee of the HSNC Board, trustees and the members of HSNC Board, Dr. Neha Jagtiani (Principal) and the staff and students of National College.

Dr Mona Kejariwal is Assistant Professor and teaches Botany at the National College.

The ‘Handbook for Kitchen herbs’ has been published by Lenin Media and has already started grabbing many eyeballs, owing to its subject.

The initiative is a part of Department of Botany, RD and SH National College to promote immunity boosting herbs and created awareness about the AYURVEDA concept: Rituchaya.
