Fake News Alert: The Press Information Bureau (PIB) has clarified that the RRB NTPC 2019 exam and and RRB Group D Level 1 will be conducted as per the schedule and there has been no changes made.

This comes after a newspaper headline claimed railway recruitment exams starting from December 15 has been cancelled.

PIB Fact Check on their official twitter handle said, “Claim: In a newspaper headline it is being claimed that the examinations conducted by the Railways from December 15 for the recruitment of 1.5 lakh posts have been canceled. #PIBFactCheck : This headline is Morphed. @RailMinIndia Has not taken any such decision.”

RRB NTPC 2019 exam dates was announced on September 5 by RRB Chairman Vinod Dua. Railway Ministry Piyush Goyal had retweeted the exam dates that was announced by RRB Chairman on the same day.

RRB NTPC 2019 exam is being conducted to fill 35277 posts in the organization.

Meanwhile, the board will be conducting Computer Based Test or CBT for the RRB NTPC and RRB Group D Level 1 examination. The complete schedule has not been released by the Board yet. It is expected that the Board might release the schedule by November 2020.
