New Delhi: Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif are all set to get married on December 9. This came as a shock to several fans and the news has created a lot of buzz on social media. However, the couple did not officially make an announcement about their wedding but reports say that the grand wedding is going to take place at Rajasthan’s exotic fort.
On the other hand, many people are wondering how did the two fall in love with each other? They never did a film together. It is believed that the love blossomed between them on Karan Johar’s show Koffee With Karan in 2019. In one of the episodes, Karan asked Katrina with whom she would like to work on her next project.
Katrina stated Vicky, as they would look nice together. Later when Ayushman Khurrana and Vicky appeared as guests on the show, Karan shared the information, which Vicky took as a surprise and acted to faint.
It can be said that Karan Johar’s show acted as a cupid in their love story.
Also, for the first time, the two came together for an episode of Film Companion’s Tape Cast. It is believed that it was their first in-person meet. During the show, the duo asked about each other’s family, friends, and work experience in the film industry. Film Companion acted as an ice-breaker for both of them as they never worked together or don’t know each other quite well.
The lovebirds later were spotted on several award functions, however, they never admitted their relationship. Once, in an award show, Vicky even asked Katrina to find a good Vicky Kaushal and get married.
The duo made their first public appearance at a friend’s Diwali party and was also seen at the screening of Shershah.
