SpiceJet salutes ‘saviour’ Sonu Sood, 'dedicates' aircraft for his exemplary help during pandemic
New Delhi: Actor Sonu Sood who was even termed as God for his exemplary work during the COVID-19 pandemic has been honoured with special livery by SpiceJet.
The airline unveiled a special livery with an image of the actor wrapped on its Boeing 737 aircraft.
Sharing the video, Spicejet wrote, “The phenomenally-talented @SonuSood has been a messiah to lakhs of Indians during the pandemic, helping them reunite with their loved ones, feed their families and more.”

After nationwide lockdown SpiceJet and Sood teamed up to repatriate thousands of stranded Indians including over 1,500 Indian students stranded in Kyrgyzstan, hundreds of Indian nationals stuck in Russia, Uzbekistan, Manila, and Almaty among other countries.
