Zack Snyder’s Justice League crashes servers, HBO says working hard to restore service

HBO Asia took over this matter and tweeted, “Hi everyone! We are working hard to restore the service. Sorry to keep you waiting but thank you for your patience!”

New Delhi: If you are a DC fan who was desperately waiting for Zack Snyder’s Justice League release and when you went to watch the movie, the HBO server crashed. I feel you.

Zack Snyder’s Justice League finally released on the HBO max and the Asian servers said OK TATA BYE BYE to the dreams of the DC fans.

As the stream went live, the hosting platform experienced a sudden surge in the number of users and it resulted into crashing of the server.

HBO Asia took over this matter and tweeted, “Hi everyone! We are working hard to restore the service. Sorry to keep you waiting but thank you for your patience!”

‘Justice League’ featured DC Comics’ greatest heroes for the first time ever on the big screen. Superman (Henry Cavill), Batman (Ben Affleck), Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot), Aquaman (Jason Momoa), the Flash (Ezra Miller), and Cyborg (Ray Fisher) had joined forces to prevent the supervillain Steppenwolf from destroying the Earth.

However, the 2017 film mostly got negative reviews from critics and comic book fans alike, which was primarily helmed by Joss Whedon after Snyder had to drop out due to a family emergency, reported Variety.

The official synopsis of the movie reads: “In Zack Snyder’s Justice League, determined to ensure Superman’s ultimate sacrifice was not in vain, Bruce Wayne aligns forces with Diana Prince with plans to recruit a team of metahumans to protect the world from an approaching threat of catastrophic proportions. The task proves more difficult than Bruce imagined, as each of the recruits must face the demons of their own pasts to transcend that which has held them back, allowing them to come together, finally forming an unprecedented league of heroes. Now united, Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash may be too late to save the planet from Steppenwolf, DeSaad and Darkseid and their dreadful intentions.”
