Akhilesh Yadav’s wife Dimple Yadav to fight by-polls from Mainpuri LS seat

New Delhi: In big election development from Uttar Pradesh, Dimple Yadav has been finalized as the Samajwadi Party (SP) candidate from Mainpuri Lok Sabha seat.

Making an official announcement, the party in a notification said that Akhilesh Yadav’s wife & Mulayam Yadav’s daughter-in-law will fill in the seat, which got vacated after the demise of SP supremo.

Mainpuri is a SP stronghold and with Dimple contesting from the seat, the message is clear that Mulayam’s constituency remains one of the most important agenda for party.
