New Delhi: In a shocking incident, a chef from Bengaluru’s most popular Dosa outlet is seen cleaning the tawa with a broom. The man can be seen spraying water at the tawa which is used to make Dosa, he sprayed water on the tawa and then used a broom to clean it. This is apparently the city’s famous Dosa outlet where a crowd can be seen outside the store waiting for their Dosa. The chef comfortably cleaned the tawa using a broom and started putting baiter on it to make fresh dosas.
Broom is used in every house to clean the floor but no one can imagine using it on the stove. The act was captured in the CCTV camera and is doing rounds on social media. The video starts with a Dosa outlet showing a crowd waiting for their Dosa to get ready, on the other side is this chef who uses a broom to clean the tawa before putting the dosa baither. Once he cleaned the tawa with the broom, he put the baiter, put some oil and completed the whole process. The other staff members serving the crowd put the dosa on a banana leaf and keep the plate ready to serve it to the people waiting for their order.

The video clip has attracted over 15 million views and the comments section is flooded with reactions from Netizens commenting about the use of the broom and excess oil to prepare the dosa.
