New Delhi: Congress national media coordinator Radhika Khera in a recent tweet, mocks the Indian Cricket team and its supporters for its loss against Pakistan at the T20 World Cup on Sunday. Radhika in her tweet appeared overjoyed with Pak’s win and seemed to explicate India’s loss as the defeat of ‘Bhakts’ (BJP Supporters).
Khera wrote on microblogging site, “‘Bhakts, got the taste?’ Managed to humiliate yourselves again?”. In an another tweet she also targeted BJP supporters and BJP IT cell head Amit Malviya.
Responding to the tweet, BJP leader Sambit Patra slammed Khera and Indian National Congress in his tweet in Hindi saying, “Congress will be happy today.. Isn’t it. Now it is obvious that Congress will fight the election of 2024 from its own country and will try to make Rahul Gandhi will be a candidate for Wazir-e-Azam!”.

Former Delhi CM late Sheila Dixit’s son Sandeep Dixit also jumped into the matter saying, “There should not be any politics. I am not in favour of comments for or against. Sport is a sport. It is true that there are serious issues between the governments but in sports, we should not let politics come in, whichever is the party”.
