Srinivas was lifted by the policemen as he tried to climb over the barricades. 4-5 policemen held him and packed himself inside the police van, the video of which landed on social media. Yesterday, his video of giving policemen a miss went viral. While Delhi cop approached him to detain him, he cleverly escaped and ran over from the spot.

What is National Herlad Case against Gandhis
The case filed by BJP MP Subramanian Swamy in 2013 pertains to alleged misappropriation of assets of Assosicated Journals Limited (AJL) under whose banner National Herald was published.
Swamy claimed that Rahul and Sonia Gandhi ‘pocketed’ the Rs 2,000 crore assets of AJL by paying just Rs 50 lakh. Another company under ED lens is Young Indian, of which Rahul & Sonia hold stake. This company bought the now defunct AJL.
In 2015, Sonia and Rahul Gandhi got bail on a personal bond of Rs 50,000 each. Senior party leaders including Mallikarjun Kharge has also been interrogated in connection with the case.
