New Delhi: In a shocking incident again reported from Delhi a man “masturbated” in front of a girl in a bus in Rohini area.
The video of the DTC bus incident has gone viral on social media. The incident is said to have happened on January 3.
Following the incident the Police said the accused was not arrested as no complaint has been registered.
In the video that is circulated on social media shows man allegedly masturbated in the DTC bus on Tuesday, and it was after this that the girl complained and the marshal Sandeep Chakara who was at that time posted in the bus caught hold of him.
After the accused was caught, his was seen crying in video, which was circulated on social media the next day.
The accused has been identified as a resident of Bihar, and he was handed over to the police.
However he was not arrest as no complaint was registered, said a senior police officer.
The Officer also said after they received the information about the incident on Wednesday , soon an enquiry was initiated under the supervision of Sub-Inspector Suman of Police Station North Rohini.
Police informed they contacted the girl to record her statement or register any complaint about the incident but she refused doing so.
He further said if any complaint is received in regard to this incident, they will take legal actions under the appropriate sections of the law.
