New Delhi: Even before the controversy over Rahul Gandhi’s party at nightclub could settle down, a new video of Rahul Gandhi is creating flutter on the social media.

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) IT cell head Amit Malviya on Saturday made fresh jibes at the Gandhi scion while tweeting a video clip of inside party meeting in Telangana. The Congress leaders held a brief meet before Rahul’s rally in Telangana.

In the clip, Rahul Gandhi is seen sitting on the chair and reportedly asking fellow leaders – ‘What is the main theme today…Kya exactly bolna hai?’

The faux pas by Rahul is set to bring more embarrassment for the Congress party which is already facing tough time defending Rahul’s ‘nightclubbing’ in Nepal.

Taking a swipe, Amit Malviya said, this is what happens when you mix politics with foreign trips & nightclubbing’.

The video has gained huge traction the social media as not just leaders but netizens are also taking jibes at the Congress leader.

A couple of them are cornering him over ‘complacent & nonchalant attitude’ ahead of the public rally in Telangana, especially when he was reportedly denied permission by the Osmania University to visit its campus. Netizens demanded answers why the Congress leader remains ‘ill-prepared’ and continues to do ‘part-time politics’ despite being at the helm of affairs in Congress.

Rahul’s partying at a Nepal nightclub also became national issue and the former came under heavy criticism for having gala time while party managers face a difficult time in firefighting the critical issues. Congress party clarified that he went to attend a friend’s wedding and not much should be read in to it. However, the optics were clearly wrong and opposition didn’t take time in latching on the issue and taking potshots at the party.
