New Delhi: Hours after two unidentified persons were apprehended from the Parliament for intruding inside it and creating panic, a video of him being thrashed by the lawmakers has surfaced.

While the miscreant hopped through the benches and spayed yellow smoke allegedly with gas canisters, a group of Parliamentarians apprehended him and beat him black & blue. They not only caught hold of the ‘attacker’ but also slapped and thrashed him.

Notably, on the 22th anniversary of 2001 Parliament terror attack today, two unidentified persons jumped into the Lok Sabha from the visitor’s gallery triggering huge security scare in the House. The incident of 2 intruders barging into the House during the LIVE proceedings not only left the security of VVIP lawmakers compromised but also exposed the severe lapses in Parliaments’ security system.

Though, a detailed investigation is underway to find out the motive of intruders and unearth the network behind such operation, the Lok Sabha Speaker has banned issuance of fresh invites for the Parliament’s visitor’s gallery.

The breach in Parliament’s security comes on a day, when India’s fallen heroes gave supreme sacrifice confronting terrorists in 2001. The incident has left the top security establishment shaken. This calls for immediate review of the existing security protocols and beefing it further to ward off such incidents in future.
